Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm)

Your Responsibilities: -

Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential employee records, including personal particulars and leave records.

Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, and prepare HR letters such as employment contracts, confirmations, salary increments, and promotions.

Coordinate recruitment activities by liaising with external vendors and employment agencies.

Monitor employee confirmation timelines and ensure timely performance appraisals by immediate supervisors.

Verify TMS reports and overtime requisitions to support accurate payroll processing.

Requirements: -

Dip in HR management

Min3 years of relevant work experience in HR field
