HR & Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
• Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
• Handle payroll assistance, staff attendance, and leave records.
• Prepare HR documents, reports, and other administrative paperwork.
• Assist in maintaining company policies and HR procedures.
• Support ISO 9001:2015 documentation and compliance activities, where required.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any related field.
• Candidates with at least 3 years of relevant working experience are preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 or experience handling ISO documentation and procedures will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
