HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and organised HR & Foreign Worker Coordinator to support foreign worker administration, documentation, FOMEMA coordination, Immigration matters and hostel inspections. The successful candidate will assist with daily HR administrative tasks, maintain accurate employee records, coordinate operational arrangements for foreign workers and ensure timely follow-up on pending matters in accordance with company procedures and applicable requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily HR administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Coordinate operational arrangements for foreign workers
• Ensure timely follow-up on pending matters in accordance with company procedures and applicable requirements
• Support foreign worker administration and documentation
• Coordinate FOMEMA and Immigration matters
• Conduct hostel inspections

About you

• SPM or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, foreign worker coordination, Immigration documentation, FOMEMA or a related administrative role
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, email and electronic record keeping
• Good coordination, follow-up, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; basic working English is an advantage
• Must possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel locally for work-related assignments
• Able to handle both office administration and field coordination
• Dependable, responsive and able to manage urgent matters according to company procedures
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle employee documents responsibly
