HR and Admin Executive (contract, high conversion to permanent)

·         Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.

·         Administer payroll, attendance, leave, and employee records.

·         Coordinate learning and development initiatives.

·         Support performance management and annual appraisal processes.

·         Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and compliance.

·         Provide HR advisory and administrative support to employees and managers.

·         Assist in employee engagement, retention, and succession planning initiatives.

·         Support daily office administration and general HR operations.

·         Undertake any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

·         Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·         Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience.

·         Experience in Talent Acquisition is an advantage.

·         Good understanding of HR operations, Employment Act, and HR best practices.

·         Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

·         Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

·         Experience in the FMCG or Retail industry is an added advantage.

·         Comfortable with 1 year contract (high chance of conversion to permanent. Contractual benefits are similar to permanent benefits).
