Position: HR & Admin Executive / HR Executive

Experience: 0–1 Year

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration
• Freshers or Experienced candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and administrative activities.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office / Excel / Word.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR and Admin activities.
• Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in attendance, leave, and employee database management.
• Support preparation and maintenance of HR reports.
• Coordinate with employees and different departments for HR-related requirements.
• Support joining formalities and exit processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR documents.
