HR & Admin Executive
5 days (Monday - Friday)
Location: Commonwealth
Basic Salary: $4500 - $5500

Responsibilities:

• Assist HR Manager in overseeing the HR department and managing full-spectrum HR operations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company procedures and employment regulations.
• Manage payroll, leave, attendance, employee records and other HR administrative matters.
• Handle work pass administration, including applications, renewals, cancellations and issuance.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, resignations and offboarding.
• Coordinate recruitment plans and work closely with departments on hiring and manpower requirements.
• Administer training programmes, employee claims and government-related submissions, including CPF, IR8A, IR21 and statutory leave claims.
• Handle employee enquiries, HR reporting and labour legislation matters while ensuring smooth daily HR operations.

Requirements:

• Proven HR or administrative experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing or related industries.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices and MOM regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
