HR & Admin Intern (600 hrs)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling
• Assist employees with their daily tasks and projects, providing support as needed.
• Maintain and update employee records; ensure accuracy and timeliness of employee contact details and documentation.
• Assist with recruitment; screen job applications and resumes to help identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews: Schedule interviews with candidates and ensure timely communication.
• Post job openings; advertise job positions across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and the company website.
• Support employee inquiries; address employee questions related to HR matters.
• Help organize company events, team-building activities, and career fairs.
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university; preferred course of study to include Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or related
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Able to demonstrate professional work ethic
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Willing to work in Laguna Technopark, Binan Laguna
• Willing to start on ASAP

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Pay: Php250.00 per day
