Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and other coordination duties
• Prepare and create 201 files.
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
• Assist with the day-to-day admin operations
• Participate in organizing company events
• Respond to all matters relating to human resources, including employee benefits and HR team queries
• Perform other ad-hoc duties.

Job Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Psychology, or a related field
• Willing to report onsite daily.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Highly organized, keen to detail, and eager to learn
• Personable, able to deal with a variety of people comfortably, pleasantly, and professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
