HR & Admin Intern

Are you an organized and people-oriented student who wants real experience in Human Resources and office administration? We’re looking for a motivated HR & Admin Intern to join our team in Yogyakarta!

What You’ll Be Doing

HR Support

• Assist with recruitment admin (posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
• Help maintain employee records and HR documents
• Support onboarding process for new employees
• Assist with attendance and leave tracking

Administrative Support

• Handle filing, document organization, and data entry
• Support office correspondence and internal communications
• Assist with meeting preparation and scheduling
• Help with general office administration tasks
• Support BPJSTK & Kesehatan Administration

What We’re Looking For

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Management, HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented and responsible
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Willing to learn and take initiative
