HR & Admin Intern (Paid internship)

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in daily HR operations for the office.
• Coordinate Recruitment activities and interview arrangement.
• Admin support for all office related matters.
• Assist in all onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Any other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and organized. Multi-tasking.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Canva.
• Fluent in English and Thai
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Interest or passion in investing/security industry would be a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to start in November (available for a minimum internship period of 3 months)
