HR & Admin Intern

About the role

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented HR & Admin Intern for a 3-4 month placement to support our daily HR operations. You will gain direct exposure to core HR functions, event management, and administrative workflows while working alongside our HR team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and coordinating hiring logistics.
• Help manage day-to-day office administrative tasks, including utility tracking and office documentation.
• Support internal event planning and team activity logistics.
• Assist with basic HR data entry and file maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

About you

• Currently pursuing or recent graduate with a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
