HR & ADMIN INTERN

We are seeking a motivated HR & Admin Intern to support our Human Resources department with documentation management and essential administrative functions. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations and provides exposure to various aspects of human resources management in a professional environment.

Job Description

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting vacancies and screening applicants.
• Arrange interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Prepare and organise HR documents, staff records, and employment letters.
• Assist with onboarding activities for new employees.
• Support staff training coordination, attendance records, and related documentation.
• Assist with updating employee information and maintaining proper filing.
• Support general HR and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Handle communication with staff and candidates professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as is the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Prior internship or work experience in an office environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Can work in Putrajaya.
