HR & Admin Internship

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with HR documentation and employee records
• Support attendance, leave and staff records
• Assist with payroll and employee claims administration
• Support filing, documentation and general administrative tasks
• Assist with ISO audit documentation and filing
• Maintain and update company vehicle records and claims
• Support the HR team in daily activities and company events

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field
• Internship placement required by college / university
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Excel
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Responsible, willing to learn and able to work as a team
