HR & Admin Manager

Responsibilities :

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from job posting, sourcing talent, shortlisting, interview & assessment, to offering and negotiating salary package

Assist in implementing human resources policies and procedures

Advise the management on all aspects of human resources that relate to performance management, employee relations, compensation strategies, policy interpretation, succession planning and recruitment

Responsible for payroll administration, tax filing, employee benefits and work injury administration for HK & SEA region

Maintain employee personal files & records in HR information systems

Arrange and organize staff training and staff activities Participate in HRIS related implementation projects/enhancement initiatives

Support internal and external HR audits

Perform other ad-hoc tasks / projects as required

Requirements :
Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

Minimum 5 years solid experience in all-rounded HR & Office administration in sizable organization / MNC

Hand on experiences in recruitment activities are definite advantages

Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and Labour Legislation Experience in handling HR matters in SEA Region

Proactive, detail-minded, mature with good communication & interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing.
