What they need
Oversee all human resource functions within the company, ensuring the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with the company’s goals. This role will drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, compensation, benefits, compliance with labor laws, and HR administration.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Significant experience working in the construction industry or related sectors, particularly in labor-intensive roles.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws (DOLE) and industry standards in construction safety.
- Demonstrated experience in progressive responsible management and leadership with skill in program development and execution
