HR & Admin Manager

Recruitment & Execution

• Responsible for recruitment and interviews of the assigned team, including candidate selection, interviews, assessments, background checks, onboarding, training, and follow-up.
• Responsible for handling exit employee relations and negotiations to avoid unnecessary costs.
• Ensure timely and accurate salary and benefits administration.

Administration

• Oversee HR coordination for the assigned team, completing reports and data analysis on time.
• Supervise implementation of employee handbook, attendance system, and behavior code; handle daily HR administration, strictly control department budget, and review daily expenses.
• Maintain regular transparent communication with the assigned department, collect feedback, regularly review and update benefit plans, and strengthen cultural alignment through training and team-building.

Management

• Assist in major departmental and group-level projects, support planning and execution of annual meetings, staff activities, marketing events, and various company meetings.
• Supervise daily office administrative management to ensure effective operations of office environment, equipment, and meeting receptions.
• Support HR system innovation and development, maintain updates of job descriptions, departmental policies, and OA organizational structures

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
