HR & Admin Manager

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner with management and department heads on manpower planning and staffing needs.
• Manage employee performance processes, including probation reviews, performance appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
• Manage payroll processing, employee benefits, leave administration, claims, and HR records.
• Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and internal controls to support business needs.
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, investigations, and employment-related guidance.
• Manage the employee offboarding process, including resignation administration, exit interviews, clearance, and final documentation.
• Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, company assets, and employee engagement initiatives, such as team bonding activities and company events.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with hands-on exposure in HR operations.
• Strong experience in recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of employment laws, EPF, LHDN, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Experience in developing HR policies, procedures, and process improvements.
• Strong communication, organisational skills, and ability to work independently.
• Able to handle confidential employee and company information with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
