HR & Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and local regulations
• Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and employee records
• Foster a positive workplace culture and support employee engagement initiatives
• Oversee administrative operations, office management, and vendor coordination
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Support management with strategic HR planning and organizational development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & administration, preferably in small to mid-sized companies
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
• Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office

Working hours : Monday - Friday : 9am to 6pm
Saturday : 9am to 1pm (Alternate)
