REQUIRE HR - ADMIN MANAGER (Factory)

Job Location: Factory Location, KARJAT (Neral), Maharashtra

Bachelor accommodation available for long distance candidates

Transport facility provided by company from Neral station to factory.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage end to end factory HR operations, recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding formalities, performance or appraisal management, payroll/salary coordination and maintenance of employee records
• Oversee factory administration including security, housekeeping, pest control, transport, canteen and facility management.
• Ensure strict adherence to Indian Labor laws, factory acts, working hours, wage regulations, safety standards, Statutory compliances like PF, Gratuity, ESIC, timely submission of statutory returns & payments and support in periodic factory audits.
• Handle legal notices, labour office matters, and inspections.
• Supervise administration activities including housekeeping, security, and facility management.
• Ensure smooth functioning of office and factory infrastructure.

Candidate criteria

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or MBA/PGDBA in HR
• 10+ years of HR management experience in a manufacturing plant or factory
• Proven knowledge of Labor laws and HR Compliances

Skills and Competencies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office, and data analytics for HR decision-making.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
