HR & Admin Manager

EXPERIENCE:

5-8 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration
Experience in Automobile Dealership / Automobile / Retail / Service Industry will be an added advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• End-to-end Recruitment & Manpower Planning
• Employee onboarding, induction & documentation
• Attendance, leave & Payroll coordination
• Performance appraisal & KPI coordination
• Employee engagement & retention
• Training & development
• Employee grievance handling & discipline
• Labour law & Statutory Compliance
• HR MIS, reports & employee records
• Overall Administration & Facility Management
• Coordination with all departments and Management
