HR & Admin Manager

About the role

Golden Horse Rubber Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on HR & Admin person to handle the company's daily HR, payroll, administration and foreign worker matters. The position offered will depend on the candidate's experience, knowledge and ability.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily HR and administrative matters
• Handle monthly payroll using SQL Payroll System
• Handle recruitment, interviews, onboarding and employee records
• Handle attendance, employee movements, transfers, resignations and other employee matters
• Handle foreign worker matters, including quota, work permits, renewals and Immigration-related matters
• Liaise with Immigration, government departments, service providers and other external parties
• Maintain employee files, HR records and related documentation
• Assist management in handling employee-related matters
• Prepare basic HR reports and updates when required
• Handle other HR and administrative duties assigned by management

About you

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Relevant practical experience in HR & Administration
• Experience in foreign worker management and Immigration matters is an advantage
• Experience in monthly payroll, preferably using SQL Payroll System, is an advantage
• Experience in a manufacturing company or with a sizeable workforce is an advantage
• Familiar with Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements
• Mandarin proficiency is required for communication and reporting to Chinese Management
• Able to communicate and deal with employees, government departments and external parties
• Responsible, practical and able to work independently
• Willing to handle outdoor and government-related matters when required
