HR & Admin Manager

Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations across all assigned facilities.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation are maintained at all times.
• Monitor quality of housekeeping services and take corrective actions as required.

Manpower & Team Management

• Prepare duty rosters, attendance, leave planning, and shift schedules.
• Conduct regular training on cleaning procedures, equipment handling, and safety practices.
• Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and staff productivity.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with statutory norms, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
• Implement infection control, waste management, and pest control procedures (where applicable).
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

Inventory & Budget Control

• Plan and control housekeeping budgets and operational costs.
• Manage inventory of cleaning chemicals, consumables, and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement and AMC of housekeeping equipment.
• Ensure proper usage, storage, and cost-effective consumption of materials.

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with Administration, HR, Security, Maintenance, and other departments.
• Handle client/internal stakeholder feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare MIS reports related to manpower, costs, audits, and performance.
• Participate in management meetings and present housekeeping performance updates.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Introduce mechanization and eco-friendly cleaning solutions where feasible.
• Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive service deliver
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience
