HR & Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end monthly payroll, including salary structuring, TDS, PF, ESI and Professional Tax.
• Set up and manage statutory registrations, returns and filings: EPF, ESI, Shops & Establishments, PT and labour licences.
• Handle recruitment and onboarding: sourcing, interview coordination, offer letters, joining formalities and employee records.
• Manage attendance, leave and HR policy administration.
• Oversee office administration: facilities, vendors, travel, assets and general operations.
• Support management on company operations as the business scales.

Required Profile

• 8-12 years in HR and Admin, with hands-on payroll and statutory compliance experience.
• Has personally handled statutory registrations and filings, not just supervised them.
• Comfortable working independently in a new or startup setup without a large team.
• Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and Tamil Nadu compliance requirements.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree (MBA/MSW in HR preferred).

Preferred

• Experience with Korean or other foreign MNCs.
• Experience setting up HR for a new entity.
