Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Policy and Discipline Management:

• Implement company rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Supervise local employees’ code of conduct, punctuality, and work discipline.
• Handle misconduct and performance issues in accordance with company policy and local labor laws.

HR and Administrative Management:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, attendance, and daily administrative matters for local employees.
• Maintain employee records and support payroll/attendance reporting as needed.
• Handle employee grievances and routine HR matters.

Logistics and Support Team Management:

• Supervise security guards, cleaners, maintenance staff, and drivers.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure the team meets service standards.
• Coordinate vehicle use, maintenance schedules, and security coverage.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in HR, administrative management, operations, or government liaison.
• Experience managing support teams such as security guards, cleaners, maintenance staff, and drivers.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and make practical decisions; knowledge of local labor laws and safety regulations.
• Strong discipline, honesty, and integrity, with the ability to enforce company rules fairly.
