HR & Admin Manager

• Payroll & HR Operations: Manage monthly payroll, attendance, leave, employee records, onboarding, exit formalities and full-and-final settlements.
• Statutory Compliance: Handle PF, ESI, professional tax, labour law compliance, statutory filings and related documentation, ensuring timely payments and submissions.
• Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews, offers and joining.
• Employee Management: Coordinate performance reviews, employee grievances, HR policies and employee engagement initiatives.
• Systems & Processes: Develop practical HR policies, SOPs, HR MIS and systems to improve efficiency and accountability.
• Administration: Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, documentation and general administrative requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in HR, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field; an MBA/PGDM is an advantage.
• 5-8 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing, logistics or a similar operational business.
• Good working knowledge of PF, ESI, payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll software.
• Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
