HR and Admin Manager/Supervisor

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and labor law compliance
• Coordinate payroll processing, employee benefits, and internal incentive programs
• Oversee facility maintenance, office asset tracking, fleet management, and general office security

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of progressive HR/Admin experience, with at least 3 years in a Supervisory/Managerial role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and government compliance
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Uncompromising discretion when handling confidential personnel and payroll data
