HR & Admin Officer

About the role

We are looking for a responsible, organized and motivated HR & Administration Officer to join our team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily HR and administrative activities.
• Manage employee attendance, leave, MC and staff records.
• Assist with monthly payroll and statutory submissions such as EPF, SOCSO and EIS.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Prepare HR letters, documents and reports.
• Maintain proper HR and administrative filing.
• Handle general office administration and documentation.
• Assist with invoices, quotations, delivery orders, credit notes and other administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Responsible, willing to learn and able to work independently.
• Previous HR/Admin experience will be an added advantage but is not required.
