HR & Admin Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our growing Harmony New Energy Auto Service (Hong Kong) Limited team based in Tin Shui Wai Yuen Long District. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our daily human resources operations and administrative support functions.

What you'll be doing

• Manage full-cycle employee lifecycle, including recruitment sourcing, interview arrangement, onboarding, staff attendance monitoring, performance follow-up and resignation exit procedures
• Assist in monthly payroll arrangement, employee benefits administration and daily leave application management, ensure all records are updated timely
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee personal files and HR records, ensure full compliance with Hong Kong labour laws and relevant regulations
• Handle daily HR clerical work, document editing, form arrangement, data sorting and HR report compilation
• Proficiently conduct Mail Merge for bulk document production, including offer letters, staff letters and official documents
• Assist with the implementation and daily execution of company HR policies and procedures
• Support daily HR operations and ad-hoc tasks to improve overall team operational efficiency

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of solid working experience in HR Officer / HR Clerk role, automotive industry experience is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of Hong Kong employment laws, MPF and labour regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, skilled in Mail Merge operation for bulk document processing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to coordinate and communicate with staff at all levels
• High attention to detail, capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing daily HR work efficiently
• Proactive, responsible, team player and customer-oriented working mindset
