The Role

We are looking for a proactive and driven HR & Admin Officer to lead our group-wide Talent Acquisition and support key HR administrative functions. In this role, you will drive end-to-end recruitment for both Logistics Drivers and Corporate Office Staff. You will also handle specialized driver payroll verifications and serve as the internal point of contact for company IT infrastructure and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment pipelines for Logistics Drivers and Corporate Office Staff—including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
• Driver Recruitment Strategy: Manage driver referral programs, optimize recruitment channel costs, and build a strong talent pool of qualified drivers to minimize vehicle downtime.
• Structured Onboarding & Offboarding: Design and conduct structured 30-60-90 day orientation programs for new drivers and office staff to enhance retention.
• Haulage & Fleet Payroll Processing: Process end-to-end payroll, trip commissions, KPI incentives, and deductions for Haulage and Fleet Management drivers while auditing trip sheets against system logs (Maslog).
• Internal IT & Vendor Liaison: Serve as the main internal PIC coordinating with 3rd-party IT vendors for system access, corporate email setups, laptop/hardware allocation, and general IT troubleshooting.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience, with strong experience in blue-collar/driver recruitment highly preferred.
• Strong "sales" mindset and proactive approach to candidate attraction in a competitive logistics market.
• High sense of urgency, strong time management skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Basic understanding of GDL/E License requirements and APAD regulations in Malaysia.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport (willing to visit depots or interview sites for banner placement/recruitment drives).
