HR & Admin Officer / Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office administration, including facilities management, vendor liaison, and procurement.

• Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, and MPF administration in compliance with the Employment Ordinance.

• Maintain employee records, leave entitlements, and HR policies in line with Hong Kong labour laws.

• Handle employment visa applications, renewals, and liaison with the Immigration Department as required.

• Coordinate company secretarial duties such as filing Annual Returns, updating director/shareholder records, and maintaining the company’s statutory books.

• Assist in organising internal training, company events, and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of HR and administration experience in Hong Kong; experience in an SFC-licensed corporation or financial services firm is preferred.

• Solid knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws, MPF regulations, and immigration procedures.

• Familiarity with SFC requirements on staff licensing, fit-and-proper criteria, and LR registration is a strong advantage.

• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Putonghua) for business correspondence and communication.

• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential matters with discretion.
