HIRING – HR & ADMIN | PLANT

Location: Jammu
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month
Experience: 3–8 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR & Administration activities at the plant.
• Handle contractor management and contractor bill verification.
• Manage ESI & PF compliance, including challans and statutory records.
• Maintain factory documentation and statutory records.
• Manage Time Office activities including attendance, shifts, leave and overtime.
• Supervise housekeeping and general administration at the plant.
• Coordinate with plant departments for employee and administrative requirements.
• Coordinate with Head Office HR for recruitment, manpower requirements, interviews and joining formalities.
• Support manpower planning and workforce coordination.
• Ensure proper maintenance of HR, statutory, contractor and plant-related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for smooth HR & administrative operations.
