HR & Admin Professional

We are looking for a talented and experienced HR & Admin Executive who should help the CEO in building a team of capable and dedicated employees.

Role & responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition for IT and Non-IT profiles for our company

2. Onboarding

3. Performance Management / KRA

4. Employee Engagement activities

5. Payroll (along with the Accounts department)

6. Basic admin functions (along with the Accounts department)

Preferred candidate profile

1. BBA / BMS / MBA / PGDM with minimum 75% marks every year.

2.Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment of IT and Non-IT profile candidates

3. Candidates should have experience of working in a recruitment agency or a good IT / Cloud / Software company located in Mumbai

4. They should be a regular resident of any place between Borivali to Churchgate (Western Line).

Work details

1. We work Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. 100% WFO

2. Our office is 5 minutes walking distance from Goregaon East Railway Station
