About the Role

As an HR & Admin (Quotation), you’ll support quotation coordination, documentation, and payroll-related administration across our New Zealand branches. You’ll work with estimators and operations managers to keep information accurate, organised, and moving through the right process.

What you'll be working on

• Handling quote requests, enquiries, and follow-ups.
• Entering and updating quotation information.
• Preparing reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and documents.
• Checking quotation details and identifying missing information.
• Supporting timesheet checks and payroll preparation.
• Following up on missing or incorrect payroll information.
• Providing general administrative and business support.
