Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in Human Resources or Administration is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and government statutory benefits is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Good interpersonal skills and can work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Willing to work in Laguna Technopark, Biñan City, Laguna.
