Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of its client for an HR & Admin Supervisor to manage blue-collar staff deployed across multiple client locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor blue-collar employees deployed at different client sites.
• Maintain attendance records, timesheets, overtime, and leave data.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing and salary-related matters.
• Handle employee complaints, workplace issues, and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate with client representatives and site supervisors regarding workforce requirements.
• Manage staff deployment, replacements, and day-to-day HR operations.
• Prepare workforce reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR/Admin operations, preferably in manpower outsourcing or workforce management.
• Hands-on experience managing labour, contract staff, or blue-collar employees.
• Strong knowledge of attendance management, payroll coordination, and employee grievance handling.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
