HR & ADMIN SUPERVISOR

About the role

The HR & Admin Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily human resources and administrative functions of the organization, ensuring consistent and compliant execution of HR policies, employee services, and administrative support. The role ensures efficient HR processes—such as recruitment support, employee relations, benefits administration, and documentation—while overseeing procurement, office operations, and facility coordination to maintain a productive work environment.

A. Technical Competencies

1. HR & Administrative Decision-Making

Makes timely, well-informed decisions on HR cases, procurement, and administrative issues by analyzing facts, policies, and compliance requirements.

2. Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution

Identifies root causes of employee, supplier, or facility concerns and implements effective corrective actions with minimal escalation.

3. HR Policy & Records Management

Ensures 100% accuracy and confidentiality in handling employee files, HR documents, contracts, and administrative records.
