HR and Admin Supervisor/Officer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and Administrative functions.
• Knowledgeable in recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR documentation.
• Familiar with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG).
• Experienced in payroll preparation, timekeeping, leave administration, and employee records management.
• Capable of handling general administrative functions, office supplies and facilities coordination, and company documentation.
• With good leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Able to work independently, handle confidential information, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willing to work onsite and be assigned to the company’s designated work location.
