HR & Administration

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding, and other hiring-related tasks.
• Support high-volume recruitment projects to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
• Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement initiatives such as birthday celebrations, sports activities, team-building events, staff welfare programs, and other internal HR activities.
• Maintain and update employee records, recruitment trackers, HR documentation, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide administrative support, including document filing, data entry, report preparation, and maintaining HR records.
• Assist in managing office assets, inventory, stationery, and store supplies, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Support general office administration, including meeting arrangements, document management, and other day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Perform any other HR and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

What we are looking for:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and stakeholders.
• Good personality and positive working attitude, responsible, self-disciplined, and dedicated to work.
