Position Details

• Position: HR & Administration Executive
• Experience: 1–2 Years
• Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle: Recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities, offer generation, employee documentation, offboarding and exit formalities.
• HR Operations: Employee records, Employee Master, attendance, leave, WFH.
• Payroll & Compliance: Payroll inputs, salary processing, advances, stipends, PF, UAN and statutory compliance.
• HRMS Management: Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Expense, biometric and other HR systems.
• Employee Support: Employee queries, HR communication, policies and employee engagement support.
• Insurance Management: Employee health insurance additions, deletions, documentation and coordination.
• Travel & Expenses: Travel and accommodation bookings, expense management, invoices, project codes and Finance coordination.
• Procurement & Vendor Management: Office and IT purchases, quotations, vendor coordination, invoices and payments.
• Inventory & Asset Management: Office inventory, stationery, consumables, IT assets, asset allocation, maintenance and returns.
• Employee Platforms: Zomato Enterprise, Porter and Uber account and employee management.
• Office Administration: Office facilities, maintenance, supplies and day-to-day administration.
• Documentation & Coordination: Maintain HR and administrative records and coordinate with Management, Finance, employees, vendors and consultants.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
