HR and Administration Intern

Hey HR and Administration Intern, are you up for a new challenge? We are looking for a reliable intern to join our team.

We are looking for an Intern who is willing to learn and loves dealing with HR and administration processing roles.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Monitor, manage, and maintain daily staff attendance records, including punctuality, absenteeism, overtime, late arrivals, and early departures.
• Track and verify employee attendance, leave applications, medical leave, overtime claims, and other timekeeping records.
• Follow up with department heads and employees on attendance discrepancies, unexplained absences, and irregular attendance patterns.
• Maintain an efficient attendance tracking system and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy, accountability, and workforce management.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual attendance and leave reports for management review.
• Assist in payroll preparation and processing by verifying attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, incentives, bonuses, and other payroll-related information.
• Ensure payroll and incentive data are accurate and submitted within the required timelines.
• Maintain proper documentation and records relating to payroll, attendance, leave, and employee entitlements.

HERE'S THE SKILLS AND PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES WE'D LIKE TO HAVE:

• Proficient in 3 languages - English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• As you will be exposed to confidential information, a high degree of professionalism and discretion is a must.
• Team player
• A good education in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource, Human Science, Psychology or any other education.
