HR and Administration Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.

• Handle administration activities such as office management, vendor coordination, housekeeping, travel, and asset management.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations applicable to contracting organizations.

• Maintain thorough knowledge and implementation of the BOCW (Building and Other Construction Workers) Act.

• Coordinate statutory compliance related to contract labor, including documentation, audits, and inspections.

• Liaise with government authorities, contractors, and internal stakeholders for compliance-related matters.

• Maintain employee documentation, HR MIS, and statutory records.

• Support employee engagement initiatives and resolve employee queries.

• Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of licenses, registrations, and compliance records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 8–10 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in a contracting or construction company.

• Strong knowledge of the #BOCWAct, #ContractLabour Act, and #statutorycompliance.

• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
