HR & Administration Manager

Our client is seeking a HR & Administration Manager to join their team!
Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in administration and office operations? Our client, a well-established company in the manufacturing industry, is looking for a capable and driven HR & Administration Manager to lead their Human Resources and Administration functions in Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur.

They are seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager to take full ownership of their HR and administration operations as part of their continued growth.
  
What you'll be doing?

• HR & People Management
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, training & development, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, company policies, and relevant industry standards.
  • Handle Industrial Relations (IR) matters including disciplinary actions and employee grievances.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business operations and compliance requirements.Administration & Office Operations
  • Oversee general office administration, facilities management, and day-to-day support services to ensure smooth operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external IT vendors and service providers for office-related technology needs.
  • Coordinate procurement, maintenance, and renewal of office equipment, systems, and software licences.
  • Support management on digitalization and HR system improvement initiatives by coordinating with relevant external parties.

Who are they looking for?

• Experience & Industry Background: Minimum 5 years of experience in full spectrum human resource management, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• **Education:**Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Administration & Office Operations: Ability to oversee general office administration, facilities management, and coordinate with external vendors for office-related needs
• HR & Industrial Relations: Proven experience in payroll management and industrial relations (IR), including disciplinary actions and grievance handling
• Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• **Language Proficiency:**Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken) to communicate effectively across a diverse workforce and stakeholder base
