About the role

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader who can professionalize, strengthen, and scale a growing organization entering its next phase of operational and leadership growth.

This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in Organizational Development, Change Management, Training & Development, Labor Relations & Employee Discipline, Performance Management, and Administrative Operations—particularly within manufacturing, construction, or other operational environments with diverse workforces.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen organizational structure, accountability, and workplace culture
• Design and facilitate leadership, behavioral, and skills development programs
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments
• Support succession planning and organizational transition initiatives
• Partner with business owners in driving change management and workforce alignment
• Build scalable HR systems suitable for a rapidly growing organization
• Lead employee relations and labor compliance

Qualifications

• 18+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong exposure to manufacturing, construction, or operational environments
• Proven experience managing diverse and large-scale workforces
• Experience overseeing office administration and support services
• Strong facilitation and communication skills in both English and Tagalog
• Strategic HR partner with a track record in organizational transformation
