HR & Administration Manager

The HR and Administration Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of organizational operations. This position involves strategic oversight of human resources, administrative coordination, client and employee engagement, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong interpersonal skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for building inclusive and efficient systems. It will majorly include:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, operations, or administrative leadership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and empathy
• Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and policy drafting
• Leadership mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving

Working Hours & Commitment:

• Full-time role, 9 hours/day
• 6 days/week (2 Saturdays working per month)
• Minimum 1-year commitment preferred
