HR & Administrative Assistant ( Electronics / Technology company )

Responsibilities:

• Draft and post job advertisements, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and support offer processes
• Maintain employee attendance and leave records in the HRIS
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries while strictly protecting the confidentiality of personal data
• Prepare HR-related documents, letters, and correspondence
• Process invoices and expense claims, and prepare monthly expenditure reports
• Oversee office supplies inventory and coordinate with property management / vendors on maintenance issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma
• 1–2 years of relevant HR / administrative experience
• Experience in handling HR documents
• Strong organisation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently
• Good interpersonal skills and a professional, discreet approach when dealing with confidential information
• Willing to work in Tuen Mun
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate availability preferred
