HR and Administrative Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Administrative:

• Manage and hand-on the full spectrum of human resources operational activities covering talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, Performance Appraisal System, payroll administration and employee relations.

• Oversee daily support activities and all spectrum in HR & Administrative.

• Ensures completion of all HR & administrative tasks.

• Identifies key areas of improvement, plans HR & administrative processes, establishes guidelines, and implements protocols.

• Coordinates with executive management and other managers to ensure alignment with the company’s mission, vision, core values, and objectives.

• Tracks team performance and ensures quality of work is within acceptable levels.

• Application & Renewal all government license for administrative and/or operations and/or manufacturing.

• Assist in ad hoc activity upon Management request.

Minimum Requirement:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR & administrative management.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong leadership skills.

• Able to effectively interact with different types of people.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
