HR & GA Asisstant

• Manage day-to-day HR & General Affairs activities.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, probation, employee administration, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and employee programs.
• Manage office facilities, maintenance, supplies, assets, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate business trips, company events, and other administrative activities.
• Prepare HR & GA reports and provide support to management.
• Handle employee inquiries and ensure smooth HR & GA operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & GA, preferably with supervisory/assistant manager experience.
• Good understanding of HR administration and Indonesian employment regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, multinational, or Korean company is an advantage.
