What they need
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting new staff
- Making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
- Approving job descriptions and advertisements
- Organising staff training
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance
- Verifying that candidates have the right to work at the organisation
- Advising on disciplinary and employee performance problems
- Maintain corporate assets
- Support & organize corporate events
Qualifications:
- D3/S1 in HRD, Administration field
- Attractive and energetic personality
- Min. 2 years of proven working experience in human resources or general administration
- Discipline and Fast response
- Proficient in Ms. Office / Google Docs tool
- Can join as soon as possible
- Willing to work from office in Surabaya (Monday-Saturday)
- Available to join immediately is highly preferred
