About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR GA Officer to oversee our day-to-day human resources functions and ensure smooth facility and office administration. In this dual role, you will bridge people operations and general maintenance to support our team's productivity and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding), manage employee contracts, track attendance, and process monthly payroll components
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, handle grievance processes, and organize team-building activities to foster a positive workplace culture
• Oversee office maintenance, manage relationships with vendors/building management, and ensure all office equipment and facilities remain fully operational
• Maintain accurate records of company assets, procure office supplies, and monitor operational budgets
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, handle necessary company permits, and manage BPJS / health insurance administration

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a combined HR & GA role
• In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, industrial relations, and BPJS (TK/Kesehatan) administration
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and HRIS software
• Proficient and Comfortable in using Bahasa Indonesia and English Language
