HR & GA Director

Strategic Overview

We are looking an experience hands-on HR & GA Director to lead People Strategy and operate  Human Resources Management functions, General Affairs, and Facilities Management.

This role will oversee people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and maintenance operations across head office and nationwide branches to support business growth and operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities

1.  People Strategies & HRBP Strategies.

Act as a strategic partner to senior management

Drive HR initiatives in organization effectiveness, performance, and employee engagement

2. Workforce Planning & Organization Management

Lead manpower planning and organizational design aligned with business strategy

Optimize manpower productivity and drive manpower cost efficiency across multiple locations

3. Talent Acquisition and Career planning

Drive end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality talent

Strengthen employer branding and hiring effectiveness

Conduct Succession Plan and implementation

4. Compensation & Benefits

Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits structures

Ensure internal equity and market alignment

5. Performance Management System

Develop and implement performance management frameworks (KPI, evaluation, calibration)

Align individual performance with business objectives

6. General Affairs & Facilities Management

Oversee office administration, facilities, and general services across all locations

Ensure smooth operations of offices, warehouses, and branches

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

At least 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in an HR leadership or management role

Strong experience in organization management, C&B, recruitment, and performance management

Experience managing multi-site operations and preventive maintenance systems

Strong leadership, hands-on approach, and business acumen

Drive work with AI or HR automate ecosystem

Good command of English
